Aug 7 - From the Kitchen: West African Street Food, Accara with Sosu Kaani

Accara is a popular street food in West Africa. Accara is black eyed peas fritter served with sosu kaani, a dipping sauce prepared with habanero peppers. I will update updated the recipe on the food blog in couple of days.
